I am worried about the information included in my credit report since it will significantly impact my credit rating I possess with certain companies.
The specific problem I need addressed is: (mention the particular issue here).
Do not forget to insert the key data such as: title or name of business, date, also the name of the company.
Enclosed you will find a copy of my proof of my payment. I am hoping that this will serve to correct the veracity of my credit file. I am sure you are aware that the credit bureaus are only supposed to employ truthful and accurate information in an individual’s credit file.
Thanks for taking care of the above concern and insuring that it doesn’t negatively impact my credit. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible and let me know when the change has been made to my credit report. Lastly, I am asking for you to issue an adjusted credit report to: (insert current address here).
Sincerely,
(Your name)
Do not forget to include your complete name as it in your report.
